Ingredients
- 375 g dark chocolate
- 375 g butter
- 2 red chillis, de-seeded but leave pith, finely chopped WEAR GLOVES

Gently melt the dark chocolate and butter together. Add the finely chopped chillis to the chocolate mixture. Set aside to cool.

Whisk the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract together.

Add cooled chocolate to eggs and suagar, whisk. Add flour and beat. Add chopped white chocolate.
Step 6
Line a 33 x 23 x 5.5 cm metal baking tin. Bake in a 170°C fan oven until internal temperature is approximately 85°C.
Notes
- Wear gloves when de seeding chillis to avoid burning sensation on your fingers for a few hours.
- Ensure the chocolate mixture has cooled sufficiently before adding to the eggs to avoid scrambling them.
