Ingredients

  • 375 g dark chocolate
  • 375 g butter
  • 2 red chillis, de-seeded but leave pith, finely chopped WEAR GLOVES

Step 1

Gently melt the dark chocolate and butter together. Add the finely chopped chillis to the chocolate mixture. Set aside to cool.

  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Whisk the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract together.

  • 1 tsp salt

Add cooled chocolate to eggs and suagar, whisk. Add flour and beat. Add chopped white chocolate.

Step 6

Line a 33 x 23 x 5.5 cm metal baking tin. Bake in a 170°C fan oven until internal temperature is approximately 85°C.

Notes

  • Wear gloves when de seeding chillis to avoid burning sensation on your fingers for a few hours.
  • Ensure the chocolate mixture has cooled sufficiently before adding to the eggs to avoid scrambling them.
